Finished all of your Christmas reading? Well, how about you pick yourself up something new - a nice biography of Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke, perhaps? Oh, wait, there isn't one. At least, there wasn't...
Today, see, Independent Music Press have announced the release of the Trevor Baker-penned Thom Yorke: Radiohead & Trading Solo on February 26th. 208 pages of insight into Yorke's experiences in this wonderful world we call rock 'n' roll. But don't take our word for it, here's what the publishers have to say:
"From the formative childhood experiences as a public school outcast that first shaped his songs to each Radiohead album – from his perspective – as well as his solo work and his expansive charitable and ecological campaigns. Thom Yorke: Radiohead & Trading Solo provides a fascinating portrait of a band and a man who would never settle for second best."
It should be noted the words 'unofficial' and 'unauthorised' appear on the press release, suggesting Mr Yorke hasn't necessarily given the project his blessing. Still, we're looking forward to getting our mitts on a copy.
