Former Pixies front man, Frank Black, and his band, the Catholics, had their trailer, which contained all of their gear, stolen. The value of everything is approximately $60,000 to $75,000 and was stolen from the parking lot of the Lester, Pennsylvania Econo Lodge (just outside of Philadelphia).

Record company Atlantic have lost Bad Religion to the bands founding label, Epitaph Records, the label owned by Brett Gurewitz, a founding member of the 21-year-old punk band. They band left Epitaph in 1993 and released 7 albums for Atlantic before this move.

I am sad to say that Joey Ramone, lead singer of the legendary punk band The Ramones, died Sunday April 16th at the age of 49.
Joey (real name Jeffrey Hyman) did not respond to treatment for lymphatic cancer, a disease that attacks the body's ability to fight infection.
