Ghostly International is a record label we can pretty much damn near rely on for putting forth groundbreaking music of the highest quality. It's been doing that for a little while now, and they keep producing the goods and we keep listening. They've just put up mix, Ghostly Selected 2011, which is rather great, unsurprisingly.
It features eleven tracks, including works by Shigeto, Tycho, Matthew Dear, Com Truise, Jacaszek, Mux Mool, Gold Panda, HTRK as well as remixes by Nicolas Jaar, Star Slinger, Teen Daze and King Midas Sound. It's embedded in that rather beautiful player below and should kick off your weekend pretty well, just like Pete Tong used to do on Radio 1 in the late-90s.

This is an excellent record label,
bringing together a wide umbrella of artists who draw from the boundaries where any of the following genres meet: ambient, drone, chillwave, shoegaze, IDM, electronica, minimal house, and so on.
Some gem songs and artists to be found here. Widely recommend Tycho - changed my life when I discovered them.
