Summer Camp were once an enigmatic duo. But that hasn't been the case for a while now. Still, it hasn't really made much difference as they've released a handful of well received EPs and singles over the past year or so. Now they are ready to release their first full-length record which, in our books, can only be good news.
The album is called Welcome To Condale and will be released through their own Apricot Recording Company (in conjunction with Moshi Moshi) on October 31. Welcome To Condale was recorded with Pulp's Steve Mackey and contains the following 12 tracks.
- Better Off Without You
- Brian Krakow
- I Want You
- Losing My Mind
- Summer Camp
- Nobody Knows You
- Down
- Welcome to Condale
- Done Forever
- Last American Virgin
- Ghost Train
- 1988
The band also have a few spots of things you can purchase on their Pledge Music website which has helped fund the record. If you are WELL into the band then you probably should have a peek.
