You probably thought that this was going to be the cover art for the new Arcade Fire album:

You would be correct. But you would also be incorrect - as it's not the only album cover that will feature for the Canadian collective's The Suburbs, according to various reports (via MBV Music). Those reports state that there will be a total of EIGHT alternative covers (or seven alternative if you're being picky) designed for the album, as listed by the Alternative Distribution Alliance, who distribute the album to retailers. Interesting.
