Jeff Mangum solo shows are rare things. Some people might say that he's a strange fellow. But it's good to see him doing his thing once again, as he did last night over in Manhattan, playing a benefit show for Chris Knox, who also happens to be Mangum's mate.
Anyway, the Mang played Neutral Milk Hotel songs for the first time in the best part of a decade, and you can watch videos of some of them below. He played five NMH tracks in total (via Pitchfork and GvsB). Sound quality is not perfect, but you get the idea soon enough.
