Drowned In Sound returns to Nottingham's Hockley Hustle all-day event for the second year running, once again taking over the city's Bunkers Hill venue. This year's line-up is curated and themed around the Some Velvet Mourning column, so expect a reverb-laden and occasionally experimental feast of ethereal sounds from around the UK.
The event, which is spread across nineteen different venues and features over twenty different promoters and line-ups, takes place on Sunday 25th October and early bird tickets are available at just £5, rising to £7.50 on the day. What's more, all proceeds go to charity which leaves little excuse not to purchase a ticket, which you can do here.

The Weekly DiScussion: has the smoking ban affected your gig-going?
Hockley Hustle is great
Quick correction though: £5 early bird tickets are indeed available now, or it's £7.50 adv, and actually £10 'on the door'
I remember catching The Recovery on the DiS stage last year - great stuff. I've got to work the LeftLion event this time, won't quite be the same.
Some good stuff on the LL stage too though
And the Default This and I'm Not From London ones look pretty damn great too.
Woop!
Awesome line up Dom. Hope I have enough time to sneak away & catch a few bands!
The DEFAULT THIS line up is:

Will have to try and make sure times don't clash too much.
