Pulp's new Album 'We Love Life' is released on the 22nd October though Island and last night (28th September) they got together with about 200 music and media types and had a big party to celebrate.
Thedo took place on a boat on the Thames and then at The Greenwich Observatory where the album was played back as a simulation of the universe circled above them.
The Album will be preceded by the release of double a-side single 'The Trees/Sunrise' on 8th October then followed by a tour of the UK.

Pulp will be the replacement for The Strokes at the gig they pulled out of at the Paris Cigalle on the 9th November. The date was an hotly anticipated double header with The White Stripes, but the fashionable New Yorkers pulled out in order to extend their US tour.
Simian, who can be seen supporting Turin Brakes in the UK this month, will also be playing.
