Spiritualized get acousticalized, ish...

Spiritualized are to play four acoustic dates in April.

Jason Pierce will be joined by Spiritualized guitarist Doggen on keyboards but more excitingly a string quartet and a gospel choir. 'Acoustic' doesn't really do this justice now, does it?

The set will not be restricted to Spiritualized material alone, either; songs by Pierce's former band Spacemen 3 are to feature, as are a selection of covers.

This incarnation of Spiritualized will also be supporting Massive Attack on their February tour, and will appear at the All Tomorrow's Parties festival in April.
