C'mon...
Where's 'Come On Baby'? His best song by miles...
Moby "best of" release
no "Extreme ways" ?, no "Find my baby" ?, no "Raining again"? , no "Sunday" ?
not my compilation
500 million albums sales later,
I'll see you all in hell.
Is there a DVD version?
With three hours worth of all the ads these bloody songs have been on?
Except 'Run On'
which isn't there either.
Hmm.
Will have to buy this
Despite the fact that Hotel was awful beyond words and 18 was only half good I feel it is my duty to. Everything Is Wrong and Play are masterpieces, I Like To Score is a commendable compilation and Play: The B-Sides rises far above the secondary state of quality it's title suggests. The self titled album is pretty nifty also. In other words he isn't completely irredeemable yet.
Still I don't understand why Slipping Away and Lift Me Up are on the best-of when there are so many better tracks to choose from. For instance God Moving Over The Face Of The Waters, Find My Baby or Hymn. A questionable tracklisting.
Well
I like his videos. I like him. I think he's great live.
However, the last two albums were atrocious apart from a great single or two on each.
am i the only one
who remembers when Moby was a punk? y'know, Animal Rights 'n' that.
i quite liked Someone To Love...
of course then he decided to make some money from giant corporations and still make rants about being a vegan and how superior he was - only now he does it from a position of complete hypocrisy so dire his inability to see it proves he's not only a smug git-faced hypocrite, he's a dumb, smug, git-faced hypocrite...
wealth is wasted on the rich
never truer than in Moby's case.
go buy yourself a diamond encrusted suit, a trophy wife (encrusted with diamonds) and a 76ft bentley (with diamond trim).
stop dressing like an IT consultant!
when i saw him live
he tried to hard to be cool.
He just swore too much, and talked about money.
Nevertheless, I did like his music back then. I was only 9 or something.
