DiS met men with tats and beards from Mastodon, asked them questions and captured it on video.
They've toured with the likes of Iron Maiden and Slayer. Been nominated for a Grammy and now have a range of Vans trainers!
You can get two Classic Slip On and two Sk8-Hi styles from vans.com or cracktheskye.co.uk but if you comment below with the name of the guy from The OC who's always wearing Vans, and anyone with the correct answer will win a pair of Mastodon Vans or "Mastovans" as they're calling 'em.
