I bought some handwash that is chocolate-orange flavour. It smells like those Matchmaker chocolate stick things.
there's a cola bottle one too. They are all as vile as each other but useful when trying to mask the smell of nob on my fingers.
this stock photo is not far off
and someone was taking heaps of stuff from the reduced section and lingering with it in her basket for about 20 minutes, then when the person came to reduce the prices further directly handing them the items to re-sticker. pure evil
I got four teaspoons for 30p!!!!!
(I brought some instaporridge to eat but forgot a spoon :( )
They'd have been told where to go.
it's somehow more stressful trying to decide what to buy using your internet browser rather than walking around the shop
You have all week to refine your shopping list, chopping and changing as you see fit. And if you remember something after you've ordered it, it's not a problem, just go on and edit your order.
with sainsbos it knows what your regular buys are from your nectar card so half the work is done..
this is very important.
normal size and all
worth checking the individual ones though, as they were 21p each a week or so back.
Got a couple of £10 gift cards to splash out there...
Not happy. Incredible scenes.
First world problem.
got two hot n spicy wings and two thighs for £1 a few days ago, glorious
Was £8, £4 on offer, then down to 88p. Date is up next week, it is a proper slab of good oak-smoked stuff. Checked if there was anything wrong with it, turns out they made a mistake and thought it was going out of date that night bu honoured the price. Sorted me for lunch and an addition to several other meals every day since.
I used to do reductions in Safeway, mistakes got made all the time. It is only an issue if someone did it for themselves then went and bought it. Even then we got away with it.
someone came in with their own yellow stickers once
in Tesco. Gonna pick up my food for the weekend. Get home. Drink the Crabbies. Fall asleep. Sounds. Awesome.
when joints of meat are ridic cheap in supermarkets as they are all competing for the roast dinner big shop. You can get a few of those and chop them up for the freezer (or have them as they are). Sort you out for weeks that.
Can eat shitloads of cheap cheese and drink a load of cheap port if you want.
Fucking love me some gout.
but Tesco are doing 'em for 56 pences.
Is that news for anyone else?
is that the same? I dunno much about the meats.
WAITROSE ESSENTIAL CINNAMON STICKS ALL OTHERS ARE SHIT
(the waitrose essential purple sweet plum a mimosa is 2nd best)
That should've been £15.50
For £7 from our company shop.
That's Sunday lunch sorted.
I'm doing my first Morrisons.com route on Monday, I am looking forward to going to shit houses in shit areas where children will throw bricks at my van (this actually happened to a driver the other week).
Plenty of choice. Tidy. Nice staff. But JFC, the store was too big and it cost way more than expected due to being a den of choice and temptation. Hankering after the local Morrisons I know and love, tbh tbf.
The Lidl round the corner has just been extended and re-opened the other day. It's been sorely missed during the period of closure.
