Would YOU go on Titanic II?
I mean, what are the chances of it happening twice?
No, really, what are the chances?
what a vain conceited project
i mean, other guardian articles have told me that all the icebergs have melted and that, so i can't foresee any problems
tonnes of people already did go on a replica voyage to commemorate the anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, dressed up in period costume, did everything the same. THAT's a bit weird.
But to answer your question, I don't like cruises anyway, so probably no.
i've only been on a ferry size boat twice when i went from dover to calais and then back again. boats are cool
I suppose I more mean 'would you pay several thousand pounds to dress up in silly clothes and take to the seas in a floating temple to mankind's hubris, the brand recognition of which is predicated on hundreds of deaths?'
I'd think about it.
Just so I could spend the whole time carrying around a Picasso painting and going up to people and saying "Picasso? He won't amount to a thing!" and then laughing really loudly for slightly too long.
Ideally I'd manage to say it to each person on the ship at least three times.
