I've been watching this recently. Just started the second season, and I only just realised that it's actually BBC-produced (or co-produced?). Pretty sharp and often very funny, I reckon. Love the performative dimension, the way that aspects of the plot, dialogue, characterisation, etc. end up mimicking or conforming to the observations about tv production, say, or cultural difference, that the characters themselves make at different points in the show.
Anyone here rate it? Is this thread 3 years too late?
