it's really stressing me out beyond belief because i just can't get anything done.

about an hour ago i started downloading a file that i really quite need from rapidshare, and - currently - the download stands at 0%. 67kb has downloaded in the last hour. downloads have been this way for over a week now.

this doesn't even cover the constant time outs i suffer. there are times when i spend five minutes just hitting F5 because nothing is avtually happening.

i mean, surely i should be able to expect some basic level of service from them? it's like i'm back in the deep, dark ages of dialup, except this is slower, i'm locked into an 18 month contract and i'm paying them £30/month.
