i hate mine, which is proving troublesome as i'm trying to record me talking.
is this a common affliction?
So I don't have the slightest problem with it. I don't see how anyone can have with theirs....
it's really cockney
Every time I try to record myself talking, it just sounds absolutely atrocious and I've got a cold and sore throat so it probably sounds ten times as bad as this.
I'm paranoid my voice is really nasal-y.
it's a little deeper than most girls, but not man-deep! haha.
you sound like sloth.
you are magical.
i get a bit too high pitched and idiotic sounding when i get excited though. and apparently my accent is really strong or something, which is not a plus in my book.
I did a radio show once, got a CDR a couple of weeks later and have still never listened past the intro.
i like reading things out, when i get a good flow my accent gets posher and posher until i have a million plums in my mouth.
The problem in my case is I know nobody else is keen on it either...
but someone played me video of me talking the other day and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I blame having a brace. I got used to the roof of my mouth being lower than it actually is due to the lump of plastic I had in my mouth during highschool.
verynice and gravelly
it's so weird that it's so different to what I hear myself! But Im getting used to it:p
To my ears I sound like a slightly effeminate and nervous Ken Livingstone.
This is quite worrying, as I am going to be recording it properly for the first time next week...
