nah, i don't like french
it goes between french and scottish
helpline last night had a mixture of Northern Irish and Indian. It wasn't very sexy. Except in a kind of 'fear of the unknown' way.
All Welsh people, really.
very much underrated.
unfortunately I live in London and the only Scottish people I meet are Glaswegian men on the train.
man tried chatting me up (this never happens in any situation) at Liverpool Station a couple of weeks ago after seeing me read a copy of The Gay Science. I had to explain it had nothing to do with homosexuality :os
And the way that they roll their r's. I also like Brummy accents...
They are the sludgiest least pleasing accents ever!
I find it quite sexy. I know someone from Birmingham and everytime I speak to him I get an erection. True story.
but i have to concentrate too hard to understand it on the phone (esp when drunk) :((((((((((((((((
The Derbyshire/Nottingham accent is not a sexy one - although Bamos works it better than I do.
any accent exclusively sexy, but I am a big fan of people with nice voices.
it's a fact of life
but they aren't attractive
I try to hide mine when I'm not with my parents.
I should have. Shropshire doesn't tend to be a very strong accent though. I occasionally lapse into Highland Scottish too but only when I say "hula hoops".
that made me chuckle.
He definitely sounds American to me.
as 'ryan_scab'. You can probably see why I assumed.
i really like scottish accents too. they're really great. thank god i've got one.
I'm so sad I lost mine. I just think Scottish people are better all-round.
Nadine from Girls Aloud and that one from The One Show FTW
I fucking hate her. I've hated her since that Brian Connolly thing she did. Oh god, she's the worst person on television. I'd love to mash her face right up.
I know nothing of her work! Nice accent is all.....
but Irish accents are perfect on girls
i sometimes wish i had an Irish accent but i'm told i sound quite N. Irish so it's all good
as you might expect, my dulcet tones are not a hit with the laydeez
the only English ones i could pinpoint to location are Geordie and Scouse.
they're the worst
so talking to anyone unfamiliar with English accents is always good for a lark. And my accent isn't even that strong! Madness.
but is it like when they aired the "behind the music" on oasis here in the states and they had to use subtitles for everything that liam and noel said?
I like to think I'm a bit more articulate than that ;) but you're probably not a million miles away. A lot of dropped Hs and Ts, not to mention casual profanity.
with a girl from belfast tonight, the accent is a key selling point thats for sure
not sure why. i love them though.
and yes, french, scottish, irish.
The girlfriend's from Wakefield and it can be very cute when the accent slips out
i like the way they say the O in "no" or "going", a little like gurin. the soft Ns are nice too. actually, i might add 'from Yorkshire' to my list of future girlfriend requirements.
that list gets more specific the longer i'm unattached. maybe there's some sort of connection there...
I'm not sure why. My two top university choices were Cardiff and Newcastle. I think it's just a coincidence but then I could have been working on a subconcious level.
It shouldnt work, but its dam sexy
where you say 'oop' instead of 'up'
speaking to the Geordie fax repair guy was the highlight of my office work experience.
Also scottish is a quite nice accents. I hate scouse accents like mine I think it sounds harsh.
is probably my favourite on a girl
and northern. yorkshire mainly.
