In what society - historical, present or imagined - would the majority of humans find their bodies best suited? In terms of diet, exercise, and healthy exposure.
Today in the west we see high levels of inactivity, obesity, malnutrition and depression. Were things better for the human body in the 50s or maybe in feudal times?
