that's what i was thinking of.
or getting a last minute thing, like, next month and stalking adam gnade.
ah go on, it'll be a laugh.
i've never actually gone into it.
"If this goes on much longer you'll starve to death and we'll NEVER get our money back, you thieving bastard."
they see I'm a money spending idiot, so they reduce mine to see if I'll go over my overdraft limit. They're extending yours to tempt you to go spending crazy.
i just don't spend more than i earn, and i suppose because i was never a student i was never forced to run into it in the first place...
I never used mine in Uni.
It's just down to luck. Plenty of non-students live on overdrafts all the time. Most of them are parents or just have jobs paying barely enough to live on.
from my experience, most of my friends who are usually deep into their overdraft got there during university and have just never been able to claw their way out again.
but then Barclays claimed my overdraft would be removed from my account about a year after I left uni and it's still there. I don't think they've ever increased it, though.
Barclaycard keep periodically upping my limit. I'm not sure why, though.
my credit card keep extending my limit to ridiculous heights (without me asking) but I vaguely remember someone telling me at some point that this raises the interest rate....is this true?
one of those.
