the cider of kings.
i just got in from a 3 hour hellride home, and hannah has put 4 bottles in the fridge. RESULT.
what you need a woman for.
this is ghey.
um.. i forget tho.
wetherspoons have started selling something called 'original' flavour. wut?!?
i did think that, but i bought an apple one and it was in its normal bottle.
because of the blatantly artificial flavourings. but it's nice.
i discovered the pear one whilst waiting for a mate at the wetherspoons in victoria station, then we almost didnt go in to london so we could carry on drinking it. In fact the only reason we did was because they run out!
it was a thread about 'le tour des Flandres'...
it's a perry.
Stinking bishop cheese is marinaded in it before its own fermentation process.
I heard a few things on Radio 4 about it.
It's £2.50 in the offie!
i proper need to go to ikea and get myself a crate of it.
£1.85 a bottle in my local sainsburys though, so not SO bad.
it's technical name, within England is a perry.
although I will grant you that Kopparberg is called a pear cider.
Down in deepest Dorset, if you call it a pear cider they will burn you after taking your semen for new DNA due to an outbreak extreme of cojoined twin.
It's so sickly sweet it's basicly an alcopop.
also, i've had sweeter.
ciders in america are all sweet, you don't really get dry ciders.
this one was nice:
this one not so much:
i liked the woodchuck, though. the place where i saw gang gang dance had it on tap for about £1.50 a pint. i drank a fair few of them and offended some hipster girls with my spazzy dancing. YEAH! \m/
It's full of additives.
it tastes nice.
Just not really cider.
95p a can. It's Swedish innit...
like eating a bag of sugar
Brother's Pear Cider is where it's at
get it right...
tried the mixed-berry flavour? (not quit sure if that's a perry or cider)
Just as nice!
And for variety... the apple flavour!
kopparberg pear does remind me of pear ice lollies (the ones with the pig on the wrapper) though, which is no bad thing.
