a complete boxset of The Adam & Joe Show
COME ON! PLEASE!
Probably loads more that I can't think of
especially the ones with greg proops, stephen fry and that ryan guy. those were ace :o)
i found Whose Line Is It Anyway? DVDs in the US, but they were of the rubbish american version with Drew Carey :'(
I have a fair few episodes on tape, they'll never be on dvd due to some copyright thing
"So far, the British series is not available on DVD, though the first two seasons are scheduled for an American release on February 27, 2007."
and then a link to this:
and shall buy them
as well :D
it has to be the ones with Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops and Colin Mochrie in it though.
I'm not so interested in the earlier ones with people like Sandy Toksvig and John Sessions in
and you can still get a good dose of Stephen Fry from QI etc, whereas I've barely seen Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie since Whose Line...
I think the problem with the earlier ones was that they hadn't got the format nailed
and.. er.. went to my school. for about a term... YEAH!
also the extended cut of The Thin Red Line, but thats probably just me...
Pretty sure my mate has it
the second one was never released, at least in region 2.
but proper season 2 release.
having said that i do remember reading somewhere (read:here) that it was getting a better release than the crappy spanish tv-copy that was out before. its still not ideal though - i think it was a german release
yeah. they have been saying that for years though
recently. earmarked for April 2007
I CAN'T HANDLE THE SUSPENSE ANYMORE............................................................................
shit picture quality, but still ...
Hmmmm... I dunno if I should do that. I really love love love Lynch and think that I should wait for top quality.
So I can really enjoy it and lock myself away for a week watching it. Yesh.
complete series 1-8, with 'hilarious' outtakes of a kid wearing a big helmet walking into the blue-screen walls.
I bet it's aged badly
some pirate copies of seasons 5,6 and 8 from ebay. I think it has stood the test of time actually, and is great viewing when you're pissed.
the thing that struck me about it was how STUPID most of the kids were. i watched an entire series, and only one team got to Level 3, and then they fell off a cliff in the first room!
Newman And Baddiel
both a lot funnier when i was 14.
Try eBay.... Fist of Fun as well
a complete boxset of The Adam & Joe Show, guntrip. Good call.
This Is Your Life
Take The High Road
Orm & Cheep
Hard Black Cocks And Pearly White Cum 7
warning: it's a bit racy!
adam and joe
adam and joe
adam and joe
also - 'Made' with the alex zane voiceover.
(he is the one from Pop World isn't he? If not, ignore me)
and i hate him.
but this series was GENIUS.
...but it will never happen due to licensing issues.
I'd like to see the Cardiacs live video "All That Glitters Is A Mare's Nest". That apparently will happen at some point.
...all the videos used, the music used, the people involved (stuff like Vinyl Police). There's a difference in rights negotiation between single/repeat TV showing, and DVD/video rights. They'd have to renegotiate the lot.
'lost' by the BBC, apparently :(
This Morning With Richard Not Judy!!! :D
really? they keep popping up on UKNova...
as most of the UK things mentioned in this thread (like wot I did below).
i loved that show.
^bet no one remembers this :(
but thats no help at all
it was rubbish
and further proof Jim Henson's Workshop should never be let near science fiction.
it was gerry anderson.
me and Sophie Ellis Bextor
things that really exist.
1992-1995 - the angel and selena years
The whole she-bang.
That libertines dvd I saw extracts of on the NME website but then I was informed it didn't exist :'(
problem child one and two! the garbage patch kids! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand im sure there is something else but i can't think what.
*goes and looks*
looks like it was released, but maybe they stopped selling it as i can't find it on amazon
i shall have to look into this!
though it is obviously an NTSC downconversion of PAL tape recordings.
tv series would be good.
from my, ahem, 'Private' collection, if you ladies are interested?
the best of jeremy kyle at
that was a joke!
Has that not been released on dvd? I've definitely seen it...
The Mary Whitehouse Experience series 1 and 2
Fist Of Fun series 1 and 2
Secret Diary and Growing Pains of Adrian Mole
Mr Wakefield's Great Adventure
Takin' Over The Asylum
my so called life!!!
The complete works of Sid Laverent- I guess you could call him an 'outsider' filmmaker, but that does him an injustice. An extremely talented man.
Check out this short film from the sixties, bear in mind this was all made on basic home gear!!! (kicks in around four minutes in)
It's already happened
The Little Mermaid.
I got a crap copy on Ebay which freezes constantly. Rubbish!
Adam & Joe Show
Adam & Joe Go Tokyo
Peking Opera Blues - region 2 cos the region 3 subtitles are gawd awful
that might already have happened tho
Quite possibly the funniest thing on television
Also, Whose Line Is It Anyway
tv burp is brilliant.
Maid Marian And Her Merry Men.
all the unreleased peter cook (and dudley moore) stuff all these tv stations have stuffed in their archives.
series one to three are out on dvd, with presumably series 4 to follow. just search on amazon.
But it was comedy brilliance. :D
my sister's boyfriend is the only other person I know who watched it and he thought it was great too. Why don't they repeat it? Although, I'm worried it won't be funny now.
- Fisher King SPECIAL EDITION
- The Game SPECIAL EDITION
Cunting cheap shit studios.
I actually think there's very little left I want on DVD.
The BBC 2 comedy series...
'whose line is it anyway' suggestion.
me and my friends used to play the games :) fun!
here he is
Sorry, im a day late with this, but If.... and O Lucky Man! really should be available on dvd.
but I just checked and it's already out. Anyone got a spare 8 quid?
I missed it by 2 months. Very annoyed.
That Was The Week That Was
whatever's left of it.
Tales from Fat Tulip' garden
I was just thinking this.
There are definitely complete show recordings out there.
And Gus Honeybun - The Wilderness Years.
