Phantom Band frontman Rick Redbeard's solo album
(Slightly pretentious) review here: http://drownedinsound.com/releases/17461/reviews/4146010
Have you guys heard it? It's very nice indeed, and if you like Phantom Band's quieter moments, Scottish accents or minimal song-laden records you're in for a treat.
Can't find a stream, but this live song gives you a nice idea of what to expect:

Proper winter music

My commute to work in the snow was made infinitely more bearable by having this to listen to.
Can't find a stream anywhere sadly, but will report back if I do.

Yeah
absoultely fucking brilliant.
He's touring from today, btw.
Also he just wrote about his five favourite cinematic ghosts for my website, and it's a fun read.

Aye
It's great. Haven't given it as much time as it deserves but have enjoyed the several plays I've given it immensely.
