We did favourite songs last week, and March is nearly over, so let's do lists of our favourite albums, shall we? Not gonna set a number but I'm just gonna do three:
Blondes - Blondes
After giving this 10/10, I've gone back to it time and time again, waiting to think 'oh, balls, why did I do that' but with every listen I find some new emotion lurking in the throb of it all.

Polica - Give You The Ghost
Nearly finished my review of this (it's technically not out in the UK 'til next month but has been out for a bit stateside). The vocals are all disfigured, like Fever Ray at the discotheque but sounding more like Chairlift than The Knife.
Blood Red Shoes - In Time To Voices
It's amazing to hear little shards of tenderness coming into their work. One of the most exceptional british acts for some time (in my opinion). This sounds like them really coming into their own.
School of Seven Bells - Ghostory
Another one sitting in DiS' recommended rack. Taken shoegaze and electronica-disco to a whole new level http://drownedinsound.com/lists/recommended-records
Also really enjoyed
