oappleby by Ollie Appleby June 30th, 2002
The Dawn Parade, endorsed by Radio 1's John Peel and Steve Lamacq, are building up for their 6 week "Electric Fence Your Gentleness" summer tour and single release, watch out.

Over recent months, The Dawn Parade have made their TV debut on Channel 4's The Big Breakfast, supported Alan McGee’s latest Poptones signings January and All About Eve and singer Greg McDonald has put in appearances with Show of Hands, who sold out the Royal Albert Hall in March.

The band's 2nd release 'The Electric Fence Your Gentleness EP' (SUGARTOWN1) is released on July 22nd on Sugar Town/R*E*P*E*A*T Records, with the band embarking on a UK tour between July 3rd and August 23rd as part of a full national campaign to promote the release.
