Win a Trip to Iceland + DiS presents a Nordic night!
sean by Sean Adams December 17th, 2009

Win a trip to Iceland to celebrate DiS curating Ja Ja Ja the monthly London clubnight that brings together the brightest new emerging talents from the Nordic countries - Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

In order to win this special trip for two to Iceland, which includes a stay at a plush 4-star hotel in Reykjavik and an excursion to the famed Blue Lagoon and The Golden Circle, you simply need to tell us your three favourite Nordic bands over at jajajamusic.com.

We will announce the winner at the Ja Ja Ja night in January 21, 2010, host by Drowned in Sound (oh yeah, that's us, HELLO!) - and the trip will be available until the end of March next year.

Playing at the DiS night will be three acts handpicked by DiS' editor and they are Sudden Weather Change, Leaves and Simon Says No. We'll tell you more about this gig and the bands in January.

However, somewhat more pressing is the fact that Xfm X-posure presenter John Kennedy is taking the reins for the Ja Ja Ja Xmas special TONIGHT at the Lexington in London town. The Lineup for the Christmas party includes Icelandic electro outfit Bloodgroup, Swedish singer Sofia Talvik, and Norwegian indie stars Harry's Gym. You can preview all three online at myspace.com/jajajanordic.
