Black Daniel celebrate Christmas with a festive giveaway of epic proportions
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater December 9th, 2009

Are you fed up of all these Christmas 'giveaway' stories yet? No. Good, because here's another one, and we're only just over a week into December. Hold tight fellas and fellettes. South London's Black Daniel are doing their own 12 Days Of Christmas, and re-christening it (you see!) The 12 Days of Blaxmas, for quite obvious reasons.

In a style which is certainly reminiscent of an advent calendar, the band will be releasing a track each day for the next 12, made available through their official MySpace.

There'll be various bits and bobs along the way, unreleased tracks from the band, live songs and various other related items. Neat. In addition to all that niceness, on the 12th day the band will be giving away the whole album for free, but only for a day only - which will be December 19, so stick it in your filofax or whatever you cats use nowadays.

PLUS - on the final day of Blaxmas (or whatever you want to call it), there's a free show at 93 Feet East in London's East Sector, which'll be grand, wunnit?

You can also get, for free, their current single 'Look Away Sancho' by visiting their official website and/or watch the video below.
