Wichita to release 7th birthday compilation
TheBoyDeadly by TheBoyDeadly July 31st, 2007

Wichita are to celebrate their seventh year with the release of a new compilation.

There's Only One T in Wichita will feature 14 tracks - half of which are exclusives - from some of the label's most prominent acts; including Bloc Party, CYHSY and Simian Mobile Disco.

Newer signings Les Savy Fav, Those Dancing Days and XOXO Panda also contribute to the comp, which is out on the 24th of September.

The alphabetic tracklisting, writ below, was left 'un'-sequenced - Wichita request that you, with your stinking ipod shuffles, decide the running order for yourselves.

Wossonit:

Bloc Party - 'Hunting For Witches' (Dave P & Adam Sparkle Remix)*
Blood Brothers - 'Spit Shine Your Black Clouds'
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah - 'Sword Song' *
Espers - 'Moon Occults The Sun'
Euros Childs - 'Outside My Window'
Les Savy Fav - 'Raging In The Plague Ages' *
Los Campesinos! - 'We Throw Parties, You Throw Knives'
Meg Baird - 'Riverhouse in Tinicum'
Peter Bjorn And John - 'Let’s Call It Off' (Girl Talk Remix) *
Simian Mobile Disco - 'State Of Things' *
The Bronx - 'Mouth Money'
The Cribs - 'Girls Like Mystery'
Those Dancing Days - '1000 Words' *
XOXO Panda - 'The New Kid Revival' *

Exclusive = *

Only One T... will be Wichita's 151st release.
