Young Knives and Blood Red Shoes among new acts confirmed for Electric Gardens
TinPanAl by Alex Denney May 2nd, 2007

The Young Knives and Blood Red Shoes are among fifteen brand spanking new acts that have been announced to play the Electric Gardens Festival in Kent this summer.

They will be joining Supergrass, Happy Mondays, The Rakes and Calvin Harris for a show of truly epic proportions at Mount Ephraim Gardens on August 4-5.

Also announced for the festival is one Patrick Wolf, who recently announced his intention to retire from live music later this year. Fancy that.

The other additions to the line-up are Pull Tiger Tail, New Young Pony Club, The Holloways, Lethal Bizzle, The Pipettes, Jack Penate, Mr Hudson & The Library, Plan BLate Of The Pier, Kid Harpoon, Chineapples and Johnny Flynn. Make of it what you will.

Tickets are on sale this week from 9am on Friday May 4, priced at £45 for one day or £75 for the weekend.
