As the vogue for re-releases continue, it’s time for Editors** to step up to the plate again with the single that kicked it all off way back in, erm… January this year.
It’s easy to understand why though and reasonably as simple to forgive, for ‘Bullets’ is a fine, fine song and the most original pop moment on their suitably fine debut LP. Indeed, sounding like U2 wearing mascara and big coats, singer Tom Smith manages to drop in the word ‘disease’ roughly 48 times but still make it all sound rather uplifting.
See them at a large venue near you soon…

Editors - Bullets
Its an amazing song. The radio edit, however, was shit.
Editors - Bullets
if the radio edit is the same as in music video, i was equally apalled - but i now prefer the sound of the newly mixed version, ace song either way!
Editors - Bullets
The lyrics to this song are crap.

They're being supported by We Are Scientists on the tour. Top.
Pointless re-release mind.

I don't like re-releases, but Editors are excellent and so should be forgiven.
