As the vogue for re-releases continue, it’s time for Editors** to step up to the plate again with the single that kicked it all off way back in, erm… January this year.
It’s easy to understand why though and reasonably as simple to forgive, for ‘Bullets’ is a fine, fine song and the most original pop moment on their suitably fine debut LP. Indeed, sounding like U2 wearing mascara and big coats, singer Tom Smith manages to drop in the word ‘disease’ roughly 48 times but still make it all sound rather uplifting.

Bullets
This isn't a great song, and I didn't think they performed it that well on Jools Holland the other night either. Personally I far prefer Munich and Blood. It's also a re-release, which I don't think anybody likes.
editors are amazing and
you have to see them live. This is the best song of 2005
erm...
Interpol?
