Label: Music for Nations Release Date: 22/07/2002

2072
athomas by Andy (quirk) Thomas July 24th, 2002

Romford's answer to Kittie return after their Music For Nations debut cover of 'Crazy' put them in the top 75 several months ago. It's all here, melodic quiet verses, noisy chorus, and chuggy bit in the middle. Although perfectly acceptable it really sticks to the nu metal blue print just a little too diligently. 'Zero Star' could have been a good pop-metal crossover without the shouting chug in the middle, the chorus itself is quite upllifting. However, as it stands the four piece are taking a serious risk of being perceived outdated less than a year into their deal (and before their eighteenth birthdays).

Top marks for putting the video for 'Crazy' on it though, lead singer Jessica clearly has a thing for Chester from Linkin' Park...
