Anything you can do we can do wetter: New Sparta album

Hot on the tail of their former compadres in Mars Volta, Jim Ward's considerably more reserved Sparta clan have announced the release date for their new longplayer.
Threes will be released on October 10th, while its first single 'Taking Back Control' will for whatever reason help to soundtrack the new 'Madden 07' gridiron game. Oh, and that banshee that wails so well over the end of 'Gimme Shelter' is going to do backing vocals on the track 'Translations'.
Here's the full track listing:
'Untreatable Disease'
'Crawl'
'Unstitch Your Mouth'
'Taking Back Control'
'Erase It Again'
'Atlas'
'The Most Vicious Crime'
'False Start'
'Weather The Storm'
'Red.Right.Return. (Straight In Our Hands)'
'Without A Sound'
'Translations'

DiS HQ?
can't quite imagine it, my mind recoils for some reason...
It's a shed
in my mind anyways.
Hurray for Sparta!
I wish...
...we stand around it discussing how great it would be to have time enough to sit around watching television...
I wouldn't worry
Most of it's shit.
hoo
ray
yeah
especially 'Only Fools On Horses'
Cedric raps once
and is fucking amazing, its not like he's gone 50 cent! and the volta have alwaysalways been ridiculous...ly good.
meccamputecture is one of the finest 3minute pop songs ever penned!
I know Ed.
You see, I tend to use the word 'ridiculous' in a socially ambiguous way.
If I was describing the Xerox Teens I'd say "they are ridiculously good". If I was reviewing the Feeling I'd say "that band are ridiculous".
I felt this way, I'd be covered in either event. Being one of that rare breed that thinks 'Acrobatic Tenement' was one of the best things ATD-I ever did, it's hard to bring myself to accept the Mars Volta. And rapping just confirms the allusions of connections to nu-metal that many journalists made at the time.
Roulette Dares (from the EP of the same name) is still the best thing MV have ever done.
