Following the release of 'Pawn Shoppe Heart', the Von Bondies are doing a headline tour of the UK.
Their April 19th London date at the ICA has already sold out, but fear not - they've added a new one. Tickets are in the region of £10, which doesn't include the inevitable extortionate booking fees. Ask your mum for money rather than an Easter egg...

Von Bondage Around the UK
Nice to see their only Scottish date is in one of Glasgows worst venues.
Re: Von Bondage Around the UK
Horray indeed...
Re: Von Bondage Around the UK
Was annoyed at having my minidisc and mic taken off me on the way into the Academy for the Skatalites gig,but being threatened for absolutely nothing by one of the skinheads who staff the Garage put me right off.I only go in for gigs like Ian Dury,Violent Femmes, people you know this may be your last chance to see them.
Re: Von Bondage Around the UK
Saw 'em on the NME Tour, and they looked like a band whose moment had passed somehow. Reports I heard from elsewhere indicated a similar feeling. Or was that just a minor skirmish in the UK-US culture wars? What does the panel think?
