The tabloid rumours have been doing the rounds for a couple of days, but it's now official: Alan White has left Oasis.
A spokesman for the Gallagher brothers officially announced White's departure on Friday. He was the band's second drummer, replacing Tony McCarroll prior to the recording of 'What's The Story (Morning Glory)'.
There are apparently no plans to replace White, with Noel taking over on drumming duties in the studio.
