Having scarred many a soul on the Carling Stage at Reading/Leeds, those pretty boys from York, named after a Boards of Canada track, with bigass riffs and a penchant for Bright Eyes, return to London to play a Drowned in Sound show...

Tuesday September 2nd, down at our spiritual home, the Camden Underworld, Colour of Fire headline promoting their second single 'Cut It' (Out 15th September through Riverman Music!) which was produced by Pedro Ferreira of Darkness fame.

The Limited Edition release has the following tracks... CD1 1. Cut It 2. Caught on Film 3. Images of You (Demo version) and 7" red vinyl A side. Cut It, B side. Images of You (demo version).

COF are currently writing their debut album to be produced by Steve Osborne who's worked with of U2, New Order, and Placebo. It'll be out early 2004.

Support at the show was picked by Colour of Fire and comes from Happylife and Beyond All Reason. Oh, and tickets are a fiver and it kicks off at seven.
