Got all that? Good. George Kyle of festival sponsors Tennent's Lager said:
"Triptych's characteristic amalgam of global icons, sonic iconoclasts and avid, auspicious local talent proliferates apace this year; as many of contemporary musics most extraordinary artists - from round the corner and round the world - revel in Scotland for five heady days and nights. Triptych 06 looks set to be the most arresting yet."

WORD!!
Coldcut!
Akron/Family!
JACKSON AND HIS COMPUTER BAND!
That's a sick bill
Just loaded with good stuff. Kutmasta Kurt... Nice.
JACKSON AND HIS COMPUTER BAND!!
sweet jesus. if i didn't have work to do i'd be copying and pasting til the cows came home.
Magnetophone!
And apparently King Creosote and Sonic Boom will join them. I'm going to be sick with envy.
And Aphex Twin, Mogwai, Arab Strap and the rest of those cheeky monkeys.
Why do these things never happen in Shropshire.
I'll tell you why, because everyone is old!
look...
...you've got the Severn Valley Railway in Bridgnorth, and that pisses over any festival.
Not to mention the fact that Hitler chose Bridgnorth as the town for his headquarters after the invasion of Britain. Actually, it probably is better not to mention that...
Awesome.
Triptych always has a great lineup, but this one looks very nice indeed.
WOWOWOWOWOW
that's sweeter than sweet, that line-up...
