Muse: New Album On the Way
sean by Sean Adams February 20th, 2003
Little pixie man with the big voice and geetar/pie-ano genius and his two mates who're a bit good musically too.. yes, they're coming back!

DiS can reveal that Muse are recording their third studio album with Rich Costey who's previously produced Rage Aagainst The Machine, Wu Tang and Jurassic 5, amongst others.

Safta from Taste Media, the bands management told DiS:
"We are planning to have the Muse album out by September this year! They are still in the studio recording!"

Drummer Dom has also told fansite Microcuts:
"As far as release dates and touring goes, theres no real plans as yet, but i think around the summer time there will be single with the album and touring to follow that."

The bands official site adds to this by saying:
"Having spent a few weeks in Air Studios (London), as well as a stint recording in Sawmills, the band are presently organising where to finish off the rest of the record. L.A., Vancouver and Ireland seem to be the current possibilities. Expect to hear some new tracks during summer."

DiScuss: Does Rich Costey being the knob twiddler suggest this album's going be slightly more beat-driven? Which festivals have you 'heard' Muse are doin'?
