EXCLUSIVE: Cursive ready to record again

The ineffably grand Cursive have pulled back together, albeit with a slightly altered line-up.

DiS has learned that Tim Kasher has brought together a new line-up and the band have been demoing new tracks for a month or so, ready to go into the studio over the next few weeks.

The band's last studio LP, 2003's The Ugly Organ was one of the year's greatest works and the prospect of new material is EXCITING.

In a tribute to Tim Kasher, I got drunk last night and now my face hurts.

The summer is toted for the release of the fruits of this studio time and DiS will be all over it like some sort of crazy rash.

yeah, i'll probably start liking cursive more just as they go on hiatus again and the good life come back. Im a bit worried about the lack of cello as that made the ugly organ, everything pre-gretta is nowhere near as good.
