Peel: Festive 50 2002
wooo! The top 10 actually looks quite good, although ballboy are the ones who deserved the number 1 spot.
Re: Peel: Festive 50 2002
How the flying fuck did MBA get in this chart? Ruined a perfectly acceptable chart they did.
Hmm. Piss off

Peel: Festive 50 2002
(*Pretends to have actually heard more than 2 of the songs*)
Hmmm... not a bad chart, really. Shame Antihero and Ballboy didn't get higher. Love that Pinhole song. Probably better than last year's, overall.
(Yeah, I think I got away with that...)

Re: Peel: Festive 50 2002
happy to see nina nastasia's "ugly face" in there. my no.1 song of the year
Re: Peel: Festive 50 2002
Great to see Antihero doing really well again, and also Mclusky who like it or not will take over the world. Its all good, apart from one track i heard that soundeed like the closest electronical music approximation of a splitting headache...not my bag, but then maybe i'm not with it. "I used to be with 'it', but then they changed what 'it' was.... now what's 'it' seems strange and scary."
Re: Peel: Festive 50 2002
so great to see MBA doing so well!Such great songs too!
Re: Peel: Festive 50 2002
why does that last post sound really sarcastic to me?
Re: Peel: Festive 50 2002
hooray! 2 of my votes actually made it in! (asa-chang and junray and bearsuit). sadly though, it seems that bearsuits album isnt going to be released anymore :-(
Re: Peel: Festive 50 2002
Still mental, looking back, that we got voted so high. One of those "Oh My God" kind of days.
