VIOLENT FEMMES swing into town next month after celebrating 20 years of being non violent, non females (oh the irony).
On the 18th July Slash Records/Rhino Entertainment re-released the bands debut, platinum selling, album, 'Violent Femmes', to mark its 20th birthday and to celebrate the albums remaining conection with successive generations of teen-angst-ridden music lovers. The album includes the original track listing, demos and previously unreleased live recordings. You may have heard some of their stuff in the movie 'Reality Bites'
