This is something you don't see every day. And, for Jack White, it's not something you get to do every day. If it's not a once in a lifetime type thing, then it's very close to it. Yes, as you probably already know, Jack White performed at The White House (via TwentyFourBit).
What song would you choose? Y'know, it's good to impress the President and all, but Paul McCartney was also in attendance. For obvious reasons. It had to be a Beatles track. Not Wings. It also had to be something from The White Album. 'Mother Nature's Son', ennit. Watch below:

This all happened last month, when White and assorted others (Emmylou Harris, Jerry Seinfeld and Elvis Costello included) performed at The White House as part of a tribute concert to Paul McCartney. Probably explains his song choice, then.
