Jarvis Cocker returned to his hometown last Tuesday to headline the first night of Rough Trade's 30th Anniversary Tour, and it was quite an occasion.

RT owners Geoff Travis and Jeanette Lee (formerly of PiL) spun their hits between the bands, and even ol' Jarv himself got on the decks once he'd delivered his eagerly awaited headline set. He likes MGMT! Who'd have thunk it? Richard Hawley was present, too, looking a little worse for wear by the end of the night according to our spies at the show. Setlist and pictures below - if you don't recognise many of Jarvis' songs, that's because there were several selections from his forthcoming second solo album due in the Spring on - of course - the venerable Rough Trade imprint.
