R.E.M. to play small London inshop
R.E.M. will play an inshop (reclaim the language) at Apple’s flagship place of business in London next week.
The band will be at the shop on Regent Street next Wednesday (26 Mar) as part of the ‘iTunes Live From London’ series.
Tracks from new album Accelerate are expected to feature in the setlist, that record arriving shortly after the performance on the 31st of March.
If you’ve made it this far down expecting some kind of ticket details, DrownedinSound is truly sorry – the show isn’t open to the general public. To be part of the 450-capacity crowd you have to win a competition or be a fan club member – the competition is here, at Xfm.co.uk. Thanks, moonshine_waster.
If you don't emerge victorious, you can always console yourself with live footage of the show, which will be recorded and sold via iTunes’ music 'store'.
