The Enemy to perform with Cliff at this year's Glastonbury
A handful of new acts have been confirmed for this year’s Glastonbury Festival.
Among them - Goldfrapp, **Editors and Jimmy Cliff (pictured), with The Enemy and The Fratellis thrown in, we assume, as some kind of booby prize.
Taking place on Worthy Farm in Pilton from the 27th ‘til the 29th of June, this year’s event will be headlined by Jay-Z, **The Verve and Kings of Leon.
If you intend to go but haven’t yet registered, you’ll need to do so before midnight tomorrow (14 Mar) at the Glastonbury website. Tickets go on sale for what’ll be one day only, we reckon, on the 6th of April.

that's a shame
looking at the title I hoped it would be The Enemy and the Fratellis sharing a stage with Cliff Richard. A perfect match, I think
i'm surprised the enemy are playing.
isn't glastonbury full of middle-class student hippies singing songs about castles?
I think they'd be suited to each other
though apparently Cliff lives in a castle.
they needed them there
to keep it real, maaaaaan
I don't know where Pilton Farm is
as Glastonbury takes place at Worthy Farm
thats why it says
"taking place in worthy farm in pilton"
I changed it
to be completely fair
And to be fair to you
They put the wrong day in the press release - I've seen it wrong everywhere
MBV instead
I'd rather watch MBV at the Manchester Apollo. I've been to Glastonbury before but can't face the hordes of people and piles of shit and mud. It's hardly the Woodstock people make it out to be. It might have been in the 70s but not now.
