UniTRUCK: Truck begats new festival
The organisers of Truck festival have put together a very decent bill for “Oxford’s first ever indoor festival”.
UniTRUCK, scheduled to take place at Oxford Brookes Student’s Union on Tuesday the 27th of November, will feature market stalls, a grass area, cows, candy floss and roasted chestnuts. And, more importantly, these bands:
Blood Red Shoes
The Warlocks
Goldrush
The People’s Revolutionary Choir
Stornoway
Witches
The festival’s opening slot is being held open for the winners of a battle-of-the-bands style event held at Oxford Brookes the week before UniTRUCK.
Tickets for the event will be priced at £8, with a £5 concession for those in possession of an NUS card. Click here and here for the respectively priced billets.
