EXCLUSIVE: free track from The Rapture

Giving is alright. Sometimes people give us things to give to you. People like New York beatboys The Rapture.
Keeping busy after a summer whiled away supporting Daft Punk and partying in the lurid glow of Ed Banger’s fluo-kid takeover, the quartet return to release ‘The Sound’; a noted highlight from last year’s Pieces of the People We Love LP.
They remix well, The Rapture – check out reworkings of their tracks on the various DFA comps for proof. You’ll be delighted then - naturally - to hear that we’ve got a remix for you to download for free.
First, exclusively on DiS, is Gucci Soundsystem’s Ben Trucker’s ‘The Sound’ (Back to 95 Mix). As you might suspect, it’s very rave-rave n’ting. Hear for yourself here.
‘The Sound’ gets its full release on the 26th of November through The Ratpure’s own Throne of Blood label and Amato distribution.
