Patrick Wolf spreading the Plague 'round London
Gathering late to ‘toast’ last year’s Plague Songs compilation, a selection of artists will appear live at the Barbican in London this Sunday (28 Oct).
The release was a collaborative effort in which the likes of Scott Walker, Brian Eno and Robert Wyatt contributed songs inspired by the biblical plagues. An interesting premise, and one that these acts will attempt to resuscitate again almost a year on from its advent:
Patrick Wolf!
Rufus Wainwright!
the Handsome Family!
Imogen Heap!
King Creosote’s Kenny Anderson!
Tickets for the event range from £15-25, and are available through here.
