Bad news in rave town - Shitdisco and Bonde de Role have cancelled dates on their respective tours due to health reasons.
The most serious ailment affects Americans, Canadians - and Shitdisco's Joel Stone.
"It is with deep regret that Shitdisco are having to cancel their up coming tour of the United States of America and Canada," read an official statement made by the band's management.
"Band member Joel Stone was today rushed into hospital. He is being kept there for the next couple of days where specialists will decide what action to take.
"He has been told he is too unwell to travel for the foreseeable future. The band would like to thank everyone who has booked them to play on this tour, and hope that they will get the chance to play the country soon."
Sounds slightly ominous - DiS sends out a hearty get well soon.
In other news, Bonde de Role have pulled the final nine dates of a 14 show US tour, in the anticipation of burn out.
Exhausted and ill, the Domino three-piece have crossed out sorties to Arizona, Texas, LA, Florida and Georgia. They will, however, battle fatigue manfully at the venues listed below:
September
26 Seattle Neumos
27 Portland Holocene
28 San Francisco The Independent
29 Los Angeles Echoplex
October
1 San Diego Casbah
