That's right, Tom and Kev - get the booze in, as we're in a celebratory mood. Sort of: DiS is nominated in a couple of categories at this year's BT Digital Music Awards.

There are 20 awards up for grabs at the annual ceremony, and DiS is up for a pair of 'em, for best music magazine and best podcast. The awards ceremony is to beld at London's Roundhouse on October 2 and will be televised on Channel 4. Wish us luck? Oh, go on...

Can I also draw attention

...to the People's Choice awards (http://www.btdma.com/index.php/dma07/peoples_choice) and more specifically the Best Music Blog category. I mean, obviously, if you could *halo appears*, but last year the top ten was full of sites that were either major label puff pieces or failed on the 'being a blog' score.
