I have K on cassette. Please forgive me.
Its makers, Kula Shaker - they were famous for being pretty awful, once - are heading out on tour soon. They will soon release Strangefolk, the follow-up to 1999's second LP Peasants, Pigs And Astronauts.
Does anyone really need a third Kula Shaker album? Apparently so...
Dates (tickets on sale from Friday, May 11):
June
12 Manchester Academy 3
13 London Hoxton Bar & Grill
15 London Bush Hall
16 Bristol Thekla
17 Nottingham Rescue Rooms

very grim
i have K on cassette
or should that be Kassette?
Surely Crispy hasn't persuaded the guy who joined Oasis to come back and play keyboards at these tiny venues? Or maybe he's being bankrolled by his grandad again.
Who cares?
snap
after the first two songs, they were lame
a member of Kula Shaker
went to school with me, when i lived in Bucks.
Crispian
is a nut and not in a good way.
They have to get the 3rd album out now
so that they can get the 2nd 'best of' compilation in the shops in time for Christmas.
.
a friend of mine used to work at a venue running gigs and he had the misfortune of putting on one by The Jeevas- the band Mills formed after Kula Shaker. Mills was an utter bastard and made continual demands about not having enough Joss sticks etc for the whole day. In the end my mate turned round and said to him "look pal, you're playing a tiny toilet venue and we've not sold even half the tickets, now fuck off". Classic.
but what about
crispian mills' other band? the one blasting out from the canadian music scene?
seeee
