That lad Willy Mason has decided upon a novel, worthy and presumably FUN-inducing route for his next tour of the UK and Ireland.

Eschewing the conventional venue/stage/bar approach, Mason will instead embark on a romp around the homes of his fans, on a "house party concert tour".

"I, Willy Mason, will be putting together a house party concert tour of the UK (& Ireland) in late January / February," said Mason in an internet despatch.

"This letter is a formal request to all interested in hosting such a show to submit their offer for consideration. All that is required for a house to be considered is... electricity."

"Another asset to your submission would be the likelihood of a small and friendly audience."

This is possibly one of the best things i have heard since Dan Sartain rocking up to some pub in camden, with no grease in his hair, and playing acoustic for the pub for free.
